Scouting tuning those bows sighting in those shooting irons and planing the big hunt. Our first season ends tomorrow . not an arrow launched, Not a buck seen. Just no time to get out. Only about 10 hours spent in the field this season. but I have the last 2 weeks of Dec. with some luck I will be able to get out then. The wife has an archery bull elk tag that starts tomorrow. But wont be able to get out until next weekend. Hopefully she will gat a chance at a decent one. although I bet she wont mind even a spike,, just to get it over with. LOL... Only have 3 days to hunt, kids work etc,etc,etc. Have to make the best of the time we have. The wife dosent want to go chasing after them, so will be sitting water and maybe salt licks. Hopefully will have a good story and some pics next week.
